QCT | Top of the World Walk - Torea Bay to Punga Cove

Feel like a challenge? We offer a full day walk from Torea Bay to Punga Cove which is 23.6kms long. With stunning scenery and challenging terrain this is a day walk like no other. Offering panoramic views of the Queen Charlotte and Kenepuru Sounds this is a day full of breathtaking views.

Depart with Beachcomber Cruises 'Tracker' at 8am to Torea Bay. Beachcomber Cruises vessel 'Tiri Cat' will be alongside the Punga Cove wharf at approximately 4.10pm to return you back to Picton. If you have time, enjoy a drink or a meal at Punga Cove's Boatshed Bar.

PLEASE NOTE. Parts of the Queen Charlotte Track are over private property therefore land owners have decided to charge a $12.00 fee for walking over their property, this is payable in Picton before you depart, or at Furneaux Lodge or Punga Cove Resort or Portage Resort Hotel.
